How long will my advert be displayed?
Your advert will be on show for three years. In the leadup to the end of this period, you will be
invited to re-purchase your space. You can also cancel your space at anytime but there will not be a
refund after 30 days.

How can I get my business/organisation onto the Greenwich Business Directory?
When you follow a link (eg click on an 'A' to 'Z') and then click on 'Home', you will then
get the main Greenwich Business Directory home page where you are invited to 'Add My Business Details'.

How much will it cost to be included on the Greenwich Business Directory?
If your business is based within the Greenwich Borough then it will cost you £30 for 3 years. If your business
is based outside the Greenwich Borough then it will cost you £50 for three years.

How long will my details remain in the Greenwich Business Directory?
Your business details will remain in the Greenwich Business Directory for three years. In the leadup to the end
of this period, you will be invited to renew this subscription.

Can I change the images, links and messages later?
Once your Pixel Ad has gone live upon the Greenwich Directory home page, you can request upto 3 changes
made for free within the 3 year period. Simply email the required changes stating your business name, phone
number, and the required changes. You will then be contacted by the Greenwich Directory administrator to
confirm these changes.
The forth and subsequent changes will be charged at £10 UKP (no VAT) per request.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
A full refund is available if you choose to cancel within 10 days of the date you entered your business
details. There is no refund after 10 days.

What are 'clicks' when you put the cursor on a Pixel Ad?
'Clicks' are the number of times that particular Pixel Ad has been clicked upon to view their web site. Sadly,
the number is refreshed only when the Pixel Ads are rotated.
